Aaron is a seasoned executive with industry background in insurance and manufacturing. He has a passion for creative solutions to problems using analytics, innovation, and understanding of value chains. He focuses on behavior change which is inextricably linked with value creation.
Aaron is an Actuary who began his career in developing predictive models and analytics to compete against companies like Progressive insurance, created analytics functions for W.R. Berkley, Navistar and EMC, and held GM roles where he redefined ways of doing business.
Most recently, as SVP of Strategic Analytics at EMC, he managed innovation lab, a data science and decision science department, and managed an investment portfolio related to innovation.
Aaron is a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society and the Society of Actuaries.
